My story
Hey! I’m Ilay, a sales mentor and this is my story on how I went from a broke high school dropout into closing 6-figure deals while traveling the world
I started my sales journey when I was young at 16 I left the traditional education path and went to study sales in a large retail company.
After hustling every single day in 12-hour shifts, I proved my sales skills for the company and became the sales manager.
At only 17 years old, I was managing a sales team of 5 people and generating over $100,000 in total monthly revenue.
Later on, I realized that even though I was successful, this life wasn’t for me. I wanted freedom - to build my own business and travel the world.
So I quit everything and took a one-way flight to Thailand on New Year’s Eve to focus on building my own path.
I invested multiple 5 figures into sales and coaching training to become a true leader.
Today, I’m the Head of International Sales Department, traveling every month to a new country, closing 6-figure deals, and helping others master sales too.
But I still wanted to impact more people.
That’s when I met my beautiful girlfriend @sofiaa.kuzmitskaiaa, who’s also a business mentor.
She told me she was struggling with sales and asked for my help.
Within a few weeks, I helped her go from a 15% close rate to 45%, and soon after, I started helping her students do the same.
That’s when I realized - this is what I’m meant to do.
To mentor coaches and entrepreneurs to sell with confidence, clarity, and leadership.
Because sales isn’t about convincing people - it’s about leadership, mindset, and truly helping others. It’s a skill that gives you more money, better relationships, stronger coaching ability, and deeper influence.
Now I teach what truly changed my life and now I help coaches specifically do the same.
